HayesX

HayesX-250
Premium Personal Aircraft

HayesX-250 is engineered in compliance with FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and ASTM International (formerly American Society for Testing and Materials) standards and requirements.  It is built using aviation-grade materials and validated manufacturing processes to ensure the highest aircraft quality.

Backed by decades of aviation design and manufacturing expertise, we build HayesX-250 with engineering discipline to the highest safety standards.  Our dedication to precision, reliability, and craftsmanship ensures every HayesX-250 is built to fly safely.

Equipped with the world’s most advanced whole-aircraft parachute rescue system, our aircraft can safely deploy its ballistic parachute from as low as ten meters above the ground, providing unparalleled critical protection in low altitude emergency situations.

HayesX is a premium personal aircraft that does not require a pilot license.

Structural Design and Manufacturing Precision

Structural safety is engineered from the inside out. Our design follows ASTM and FAA structural load and safety standards. All major systems are built using aviation-grade materials and components ensuring reliability, durability and quality.

Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), dynamic load simulation, impact testing, and our proprietary technology, we refine and validate the frame’s strength and energy absorption at every stage of development.  Every beam and joint is precisely modeled and tested to deliver uncompromising pilot safety and structural integrity under all flight conditions.

HayesX uses techniques such as rope-tie wiring, as on the Curiosity and Perseverance Mars Rovers. Even in today’s high-tech era, the techniques remain aerospace industry’s trusted method for cable management. This enduring practice reflects aviation’s cautious engineering culture about proven safety methods.
